1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using NILValue ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Platform.

2. Proprietary Rights

All content, data, software, designs, algorithms, analytics models, user interfaces, and underlying source code of the Platform are the exclusive property of NILValue and its licensors. All rights are reserved.

3. Prohibited Use — Copying & Reproduction

You may not, without prior written consent from NILValue:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of the Platform or any part thereof.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Platform.
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data, analytics, or content from the Platform.
• Mirror, frame, or otherwise replicate any portion of the Platform on any other server or service.
• Use any NILValue data, reports, or analytics outputs to build a competing product or service.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You may not share, transfer, or sell access to your account. Unauthorized access is strictly prohibited.

5. Data Accuracy

NILValue provides NIL deal intelligence and analytics on an "as-is" basis. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of any data displayed on the Platform. Users should independently verify information before making business decisions.

6. Limitation of Liability

NILValue shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months prior to the claim.

7. Termination

NILValue reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms, without prior notice. Upon termination, all rights granted to you cease immediately.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles.

9. Changes to Terms

NILValue may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
